You probably found this URL in one of your http logs. If your website is crawled by SWSBot this means that it is in some way connected to our web crawling experiments. This odd version (v1.3) is used for our super-secret-squirrell project (the most advanced project we worked on .. ever).
SWSBot is a specialized experimental bot which crawls periodically certain websites in search of semi-structured data. Since its queue is generated by custom written scripts, this bot does not parse the standard robots.txt file.
